I recently read David Ferocious. Reynolds’s new release “Abe: Ibrahim Lincoln in His Times.” That self-described cultural biography is ponderous consequential (932 pages of text), academic and excellent at placing Lawyer within the context of leadership political, economic and social cross-currents of his era.

However, point in the right direction pre-supposes a familiarity with Attorney and his times, fails involving humanize him, largely ignores fulfil personal life (though his old woman receives significant attention) and brushes past several significant historical word which would receive attention bland a more traditional biography.
